McB Duplin Enterprises recognizes the need to continuously improve our services and products.  We have several programs in place with that sole purpose in mind.  This continuous upgrading is, of course, done for several reasons.  First and foremost being that any business that cares about what it offers to its customers and appreciates their business, wants to reward those customers with the best possible services and products.  That is just sound business logic.  Another reason is the cost of products and services may be kept at lower costs to the customer if the company in charge of those products and services is able to keep their own costs down.  McB Duplin Enterprises takes these matters very seriously and wants to assure you of our commitment to you, the customer. 

No personal information you place on our site will EVER be sold or supplied to anyone or any company by McB Duplin Enterprises.  Included in this personal information is YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, CREDIT INFORMATION, EMAIL ADDRESSES, PHONE, FAX, OR CELL PHONE NUMBERS.   Basically no information that has anything to do with credit will be forwarded.  EXCEPT in the very rare situation (listed in the Terms and Conditions of Participation) where McB Duplin Enterprises is forced to comply with a legal court order of an agency in any country who is acting legally within their rights.  HOWEVER, you do acknowledge and agree McB Duplin Enterprises has the right to list your NAME, GENERAL AREA and 21’s Voice Number in our site for such purposes as Qualifying for the Tournament of Champions and other aspects associated with promotion.

Again, we take these matters seriously.

It is also understood McB Duplin Enterprises does gather as much useful information as possible with the sole purpose of bettering our products or products of other companies we deal with.  The information we are referring to is called Anonymous Information.  The reason it is referred to as Anonymous is that there is no reference to you or anyone specifically, but in large quantities this information is very useful to business with regards to supplying customers the very best of products and services at the very best of prices.  Think of this as an example:  Television companies track all kinds of statistics, whom is watching what, and when, and how long they watch.  A large company might acquire a bit of information that says the lady of the house makes the majority of buying decisions.  Now they acquire further information like Program X is watched by 67% of the female population.  Now they may even take other things like, ladies’ favorite color and music.  They now produce a commercial to be aired during Program X when they suspect these ladies are watching their favorite show, which may or may not be you.  All this information was gathered in places like our site and other forms of information gathering for an end result, but never was personal information about you used during this process.

McB Duplin Enterprises also has useful information on our site that may be used for these purposes. 

It should also be noted McB Duplin Enterprises reserves the right to contact you in certain situations.  Such times would include confirmations of registrations, purchases and changes to emails and also possible major changes to the site or policies which, as standard procedure, all members and users would be made aware of.  We will also contact you with regards to membership expirations, and/or notification that you have been flagged as having broken the Terms and Conditions of Participation of Services.  We may also contact you for gaming surveys from time to time.
