Limited Usage: As the end user of this program, you are entitled to use this program. It is for your sole use, and you cannot sell or transfer reproductions of this CD-Rom, or its publication, to other parties in any way. You can only use this one single copy of this program connected to one single computer, not on a network. You cannot use this program or its findings on more than one computer at a time. You understand that by doing so, you are breaking Federal Copyright Infringement Law and McB Duplin Enterprises will have full right to seek full compensation and damages from you in any court of law.

Intellectual Property Ownership: You understand that McB Duplin Enterprises owns all Intellectual Property associated with this CD-Rom and publication, including but not limited to all Copyrights, Trademarks, and Designs. You further understand that according to international treaty laws and provisions, you cannot modify, enhance, change, supplement, create, adapt, translate any content or this program.

Warranty: McB Duplin Enterprises will only replace faulty or defective CD-Rom programs within 90 days following the original purchase of this program. Faulty or defective programs must be returned in their entirety to McB Duplin Enterprises, with a copy of the proof of purchase, to the address found within this publication. Please include a brief description of the defect. The warranty applies to the original purchaser of this product only. Other than the stated warranty, McB Duplin Enterprises make no other warranties for this computer program or publication. McB Duplin Enterprises will replace any defective CD-Rom within a reasonable amount of time. You understand McB Duplin Enterprises has done everything in its power to ensure accuracy of this program, including a full year of testing before any copies were sold. You hold McB Duplin Enterprises free of all liability pertaining to the accuracy of the program.

Laws and Regulations: This agreement constitutes the understanding between you and McB Duplin Enterprises, and you respect the subject matter herein. Any alterations or changes to this agreement must be made in writing between you and McB Duplin Enterprises. Any disputes arising from this agreement or any breach thereof, including interpretation, performance or termination shall be resolved by you and McB Duplin Enterprises, by arbitration or in a court of law. Notwithstanding anything contained in this publication and agreement, McB Duplin Enterprises shall have the right to institute judicial proceedings against you or anyone acting by, through or under you in order to enforce the legal rights of this agreement.
