Did The Casinos Know? Negligence, Fraudulence, Lack of Professionalism? This is a rather disturbing section of our website. We say this because there is no positive spin to be cast here. No silver lining on this cloud. By this time, you are probably asking yourself the same question we are; “Did the casinos know?” And, like us, you are not satisfied with either answer. “No” fills you with confusion, utter disbelief, and probably a little suspicion. How could they possibly not know? “Yes” immediately draws out feelings of intense anger, and a sense of violated trust. How could they? How could they get away with it? Even if just one casino had the common sense – not to mention professionalism – to make a program, and did discover the best way to play the game, why did they not share their findings? Why are there hundreds of differing play charts over the years? Your guess is as good as ours. We’re not sure which wall the casinos are going to try and hide behind, but it doesn’t really matter, they’re both full of holes.

fill their coffers, and handed it out anyway…that, friends, is called Fraud. If the casinos did not know they were handing out misleading information to the players…that is called gross Negligence…to the tune of billions. There is no other possible answer. “Yes, but…No, but…”, those will not cut it. Either they knew or they did not. Frankly, we’re at a loss as to which one is worse.
