Looking At Ourselves In The Mirror 

Looking back now, to think that we used the term “Our Theories” is somewhat embarrassing.  I know we still use it, but by making the Playing 21 Program it gives us an exception of sorts to the rule.  See, we didn’t sell our theories as others before us had.  The expression “theories” in itself is enough to open a debate as to what is being said.  With all the confusing information already out there, we would be damned if we were going to add to it further. 

We did have many strong beliefs about the game Blackjack.  We had read what others had said and one thing kept rising back to the surface of our thoughts.  It wasn’t about who was right and who was wrong.  It wasn’t if we were right in any of our beliefs.  The recurring, and disturbing thought was, how can 100 people be right?  We were as positive as Ben Johnson’s test results that there was no way in hell they could all be right.  That led to the question of whom, then, was right? 

We could have done as several before us did, at this same point in time, and just written a book.  Hell, why not.  Obviously many authors didn’t care if they were right, as long as sales were making them more than they ever won actually playing the game Blackjack.  Not us though.  First off, we admit we could never win at Blackjack.  Secondly, we decided that we would take it upon ourselves and end all guesswork.  We were not going to leave our findings open to debate.  Why waste our lives defending our beliefs when we can waste it enjoying life.  We decided that to prove everything, we’d have to make the best Blackjack program ever made. 

Inexpensive Answers 

We spent thousands of hours analyzing the game Blackjack.  It was fun, if you like swimming in quicksand.  There was just too much to this 400-year old game.  There was no physical way to know what was what.  You could spend your entire life in casinos and never see everything.  I give people this example.  Imagine taking one deck of cards and flipping the first 8 cards, just like at a Blackjack table.  You would think in all the years, of all the history of the game Blackjack, that it has all been done and seen before.  Well the odds of the first 8 cards being any one specific combination (IE. The 7 Diamonds, 4 hearts, Ten spades, Ace Spades, Queen Clubs, 5 Clubs, Ace Clubs and the 9 of Hearts) is 52 x 51 x 50 x 49 x 48 x 47 x 46 x 45 which equals 30,342,338,208,000 or 30 Trillion to 1.  If every single Blackjack table in North America (say 17,000 of them), flipped 40 rounds like that per hour, for 24 hours a day, and 365 days per year, it would take over 5,000 years before you’d see each combination again, just once.  Don’t waste your life watching for it, just take our word for it. 

Knowing that the game was that in-depth, even though of course that example means nothing to the game Blackjack, we could never just open our mouths about our theories.  We’d look like complete idiots.  Why mimic those who, even if right, went about finding the answers in a way that was totally wrong?  Why follow the footsteps of others; we have all accidentally driven down dead end roads at some point or another in life.  We set out to find the answers ourselves.  Whatever they were, at least we could take solace in the fact that we ended years of speculation, proving them once and for all, using the best Blackjack program ever made. 

October 2003 

After three long, hard years of even longer, harder work, including a year of testing the Playing 21 Program, we shocked ourselves time and time again.  Without doubt, the program is revealing new facets of the game Blackjack every day.  These are never-before-seen aspects.  They are very startling, to say the least.  Not only have we proved everyone before us as right or wrong, we now know every answer there is to the game Blackjack.  As we continue on, we will share these with you.  They will amaze you.  That is a promise.  Players who want to win, can easily beat the casino using a simple Card Counting Method, and Wager Variation.  It doesn’t matter what you want to know, we will give you the answer.  We have designed the tool to carve the ultimate Blackjack player, and through this site we will continue to make him better and better.
