How is it possible many casinos have handed out misleading information? They are a $30 billion annual industry, with about 17,000 Blackjack tables in North America alone (their number one moneymaking table game). They build casinos that run up into the billions. They have the necessary funds to do pretty much anything they want to. What may even be worse is that they are “heavily regulated” by government agencies “overseeing” their operations. How much confidence does that instill in you about what is going on behind the scenes? How else have we been mislead? What else are we being mislead about…even now (slot machines)? Did you know that you cannot get a license for a game for your casinos without all the mathematics of that game being approved by the commissions within those jurisdictions? So here is an entire industry, that can tell you any number you want to know, handing out misleading information by the millions to people, and that information is helping to line their own pockets at an accelerated pace. A much more accelerated pace than should be the case.
Fraudulent or Negligent?We do not yet know where the information the casinos have given out came from. We cringe when we think of the possibilities. Surely it did not come from a book? What are the other possibilities? We must assume that none of the 3,000 casinos have EVER made or looked at a program to simulate the game Blackjack. This is shocking, but it must be fact. If even one had, why didn’t they disclose to the casinos who were handing out misleading information that this was the case? This baffles us. Moses was able to part a whole sea, and a $30 billion annual industry couldn’t get together on a couple of numbers? In our opinion, if one casino had made a program and knew that the industry was handing out misleading information, this constitutes fraud. So if they didn’t know, is it not still negligence? This is the only question. Are they accountable, like any other company in the world, for the products and services they sell? What is a service and what is entertainment? I find that when I pay for entertainment, be it going to a comedy show, a music concert or the movies, I am paying for a service to be entertained. If I am or am not, that might be open to debate. If I go to a casino, am I not paying for their service to entertain me? If they advertised their slot machines paid out so much, and truly didn’t, could they be sued by their customers? I think so. So I think they provide the service for entertainment. I think I have paid for the service to be entertained by the casino, and the casino’s service to entertain me has been misleading, costing me the customer, more money to be entertained by their service. We do want answers, but it will take those affected speaking up to pressure the industry’s commissions and agencies that have the power to demand that this be made public. Just because casinos stop handing out charts doesn’t mean that players are still not using what was on the charts in the first place! Furthermore, it leads us to speculate on many previous books you may have read.

Why wouldn’t an individual player take what is written on these charts as fact? There is no disclaimer on the Chart that reads, “might not be the correct way to play”. Oh sure it doesn’t say it is, but hell they are the ones in the industry with every number surrounding the game, not the player. They are the ones with the billions. They are the ones handing out the information. We have been duped, to the tune of millions, maybe billions of dollars. You should not feel bad because you used these charts to base your entire game around. You are a victim. Whether their actions were fraudulent or negligent is the bottom line! 
We have read time and time again, those referring to computer programs they developed to simulate the game. We question their authenticity. How can so many books be wrong, and give incorrect answers if those same answers are backed by a computer program? That is, unless their program is flawed…or non-existent. We’d love to see any program ever made. Ever.
